Alignment and form matter. Being more aware of what is happening in your body will give you a sense of confidence when you show up to your mat and take your practice to the next level.
My experience as a yoga and fitness instructor and my specialized training in prenatal and postnatal fitness have given me so much useful information that I would love to share with you here in this online community.
